At Smart Fox Box we value the environment.  That’s why we make use of PARGO for shipping most of our parcels, with its 68% fewer carbon emissions than home delivery it takes the environment into account and enhances eco-efforts.  Free delivery to your closest PARGO POINT for collection, is included with every Smart Fox Box and for payments above R900-00 from our shop.  If you alternatively would like door-to-door delivery, a delivery fee of R120-00 will be added to your order.  If door-to-door delivery suits your needs better, select the option when ordering your parcel. 

All Smart Fox Boxes will be shipped within 10 working days of ordering.  Please ensure that you order the correct Smart Fox Box for you little one’s age. 

It depends on where you are. Once orders have been processed here will take 1-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

No refunds are available once a Smart Fox Box is bought, and a payment is made.  For more information, please refer to the TERMS and CONDITIONS: Refunds. 

Each box is filled to the brim with fun educational games, information and equipment to keep you and your little one busy for the whole month.  What is more, these activities were carefully planned and selected to ensure that your little one develops optimally.  Parents are informed with valuable information about early childhood development and parenting tips to ensure that your parenting journey is fun and hassle-free.   

Our boxes are carefully planned and put together, with many years of research put into our well-developed programme.  You are however welcome to order toys or clothing separately from our shop.   

All equipment included in your Smart Fox Box is CAPITALIZED in the Monthly Information Booklet.  If you are missing something from your box, our team will ensure that the missing item is send with your next order.  We do however video-record every box before handing it over to the courier to ensure that you receive your full order, in excellent condition.  Once a parcel is collected by the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the client to track and collect the order.

We understand that getting to a PARGO pick-up point is not always easy, therefor we offer door-to-door delivery as an alternative, if this option suits your needs better.  Simply select the paid door-to-door delivery option when ordering your Smart Fox Box.  A fee of R120-00 will be added to your order for door-to-door delivery.
